We rented this DVD movie Air Buddies (along with Material Girls) for a group of four 9 and 10 years old, girls to see in New Year's eve. They absolutely LOVED it. Surprising to me, 2 of them commented that they liked more than the Material Girl (Movie Hillary Duff - and these girls are of age when they are big fans of Hillary Duff), is corny and there were some parts that you do not care. I think the part suggesting that the puppy was drunk swimming in some wines that are best left out. (Dime - fermented wine is not yet at the point where she bathed in it, right? I thought it was too early in the process of winemaking.) Nor care gas jokes - but the girls laughed. I have not seen any outbreak of air films (I assume that there have been more?), So I can not compare - but it's a pretty safe bet for pre-teen set.

The DivX film Air Buddies is beautiful, and undoubtedly one of the children. As an adult, I found it harmless and watchable. My three children 6-11 enjoyed a lot. I loved Michael Clarke Duncan as a voice talent. I could have listened to him and the character he played all night. Other players did not seem as polished, allow Wallace Shawn and Debra Jo Rupp were good as expected. Not much action with the dogs playing sports, however. The film: Air Buddies (no spoilers) is about 5 puppies Air Buds and how they were kidnapped. Bumbling kidnappers foil everything, but Air Bud and his dog Lady "(a faint Molly Shannon) out to rescue her pups, along with two school-age children average. The DivX Movie Air Buddies seems to borrow quite heavily on the Disney live action 101 Dalmatians. However, it is still a good way to have a family night.

My 7-year-old daughter loved, as Disney executives crassly calculated it. That is the problem with the "Friends of the air." Is a strictly by the number of children in the Air Buddies movie is full of carefully calculated Cuteness, a young politically correct morality, and enough toilet humor to avoid the dreaded G rating. As a parent, or even as a 10-year-old, who has seen and done better before. Think of "101 Dalmatians Meets Home Alone" and you get the general idea. I believe that a good children's story is a good story, period. "Air Buddies," which is as original as recycled paper, it does not meet that standard. Is not the worst video of your child could see, but there are better megatons.

Remake of a classic psychological thriller. Scorsese film. The performance of De Niro. Nolte Plus, Lange, Lewis ... Yes, there were many reasons to see this movie. Unfortunately for me, I saw that only about 10 years (16-17 years). And I could not sleep for a month! However, even then, before it became a movie-maniac I am today, I characterized the DivX Movie Cape Fear as a "masterpiece." And I never changed my mind since then. The powerful, dark, "Scorsese hypnotistic address early days can only be matched by hypnotizing De Niro, absolutely terrifying performance and the latter is also surrounded by actors who are not only overshadowed by it, but they deliver to their Performances equality. Agony, terror in its most beautiful, a twisted understanding of psychopathic behavior and a simple plot ingenious construction of this film, which can not be seen as a simple "remake", but at least as a "re-construction" of an old DVD film Cape Fear success. While Max is behind his ex-lawyer and former attorney for the family, our rapidly changing emotions of curiosity, uncertainty and disbelief of pure fear and absolute terror and, finally, we're sure some of Max has been ill, for evil could not possibly be extinct ... In short, one of the best movies of all time and a very intense experience for live ...

Robert De Niro is one of those actors that is based only on paper. Acting as a rapist, convict, and not all-around a very good friend Max Cady is without doubt one of the most memorable of his endurance, strength, and excessive. Scorsece Martin's DivX film Cape Fear is a remake of the classic Cape Fear Thriller starring Gregory Peck and Robert Mitchum. Scorsece while maintaining intact the spirit of the film, which makes some very modern. Changing the role of Sam Bowden and family harmony to a dysfunction. Character is not the epitome of a universal good, rather poor (very poor) goodness. Nick Nolte has a good job as Bowden and Jessica Lange and Juliette Lewis are deep, emotional performances. The DVD film Cape Fear is actually a sea of emotion ... more than the thrill of being scared. Scorsece added some touches of art with the camera, but his gritty style that really dominates the impact of the film. Scorsece is always the protector of the film: Cape Fear as he gives cameos to Gregory Peck, Robert Mitchum and Martin Balsam (all in the original movie). The other will act standout Joe Don Baker hired as a private investigator. But make no mistake .... This is De Niro's Cape Fear film all the way. He has some of the best lines that besets the Bowden family, terrorizes the Bowden family, and strips of the Bowden family of all civility, demands, and dignity. This DivX Movie Cape Fear is definitely a keeper!

IGOR (2008) ** (Voices: John Cusack, Molly Shannon, Steve Buscemi, Sean Hayes, Eddie Izzard, Jennifer Coolidge, Jay Leno, John Cleese, Arsenio Hall, Christian Slater) Disappointing animated fare trying to do what he did for SHREK characters from the classic tales of terror comes to characters, namely the owner of mad scientists hunchbacked assistant (Cusack game) decided to create his own 'evil' monsters and the end result is a gi-normous gentle giant named Eva mosaic (Shannon is also a good sport), which is far from what he wanted her to be. The look of the Igor movie cribs liberally from the Tim Burton's "Nightmare Before Christmas" and its terrible puns like bricks falling energy through a script by Chris McKenna. Suitable for better Wee ones, for all other rental "Mad Monster Party." (Dir: Anthony Leondis)

Give us a break, will you? Nobody expects a DVD film Igor like this to equality "WALL-E" or "The Iron Giant"! Granted, it rips off "The Nightmare Before Christmas" shamelessly (or any other person as I was listening to the blatant similarities between the Malaria King Malbert and "nightmare" Mayor?), And has written quite flat in points. But there are good jokes (Jaclyn / Heidi ", a" Yes Master ") - and you've got to love Eva, with the way the tradition of Frankenstein riffs. Instead of misfits who can not know how to act in a normal world, she is an evil-doing good in a kingdom of darkness. Louis Prima and the soundtrack - some songs sound as if they were written just for this film! I sat through it with a handful of families and children who loved him. My guess is, it will become one of those mid-level films as "Pagemaster" and "Surf's Up" that some children watch over and over again. Not great, but by no means the disaster is to be in other comments here. . . .

Let's clear something in the way this time: Igor is an animated film, but not primarily for children. Children do not understand most of the jokes as the theme for most of them are aimed at older audiences. There are, however, a visual comedy that will apply to younger viewers, but overall I think this film: Igor directed adolescents and adults. People like Igor on the basis of what they expect from the film. If you expect it to be like Wall-E and other Pixar films, you will probably be disappointed. Igor has good sides and bad sides. The visuals are impressive, the setting is beautiful, with an unorthodox design. However, in some cases, as the king of malaria, it looks like a copy of The Nightmare Before Christmas' mayor, and that was disappointing. The story is not too bad, but not the best. Lacked a little depth at times, but still fun and entertaining. Igor is a good general animation film. Not the best, definitely not the worst. It's definitely worth seeing for animation fans, people like Tim Burton's work (the design of the film: Igor is similar to his style), and anyone who wants to enjoy a light story with a happy ending.

I took my daughters (7 and 3) to see this Igor Comedy movie today, knowing absolutely nothing to do about 5 seconds of a TV commercial. I'm usually fairly selective about what to see my children, but decided to join a friend who was going anyway. More to my daughter loves Tim Burton and this was at least stylistically similar. I thought this Igor film was a fresh sense of twisted humor, and much more original than the usual rehash hotter normally get from a lower budget CGI movie. And guess what, not a single fart joke! That means that only meets my low expectations of what passed as entertainment for children these days. Unofortunately, I think it is a bit out of outdated for the majority, so the small marketing budget, too. Nice to have a bit on the classic story of Shelley's Frankenstein. Not sure why the accusations of The Nightmare Before Christmas rip-off, Frankenstein was obviously the source material for this story. That is very good in my opinion. My daughters and I liked it a lot.

A cartoon in 3D provides more than just a graphically different perspective on a known, or at least little-known and widely recognized, fable. Unfortunately for my taste, is not volatile in the way Happy Tree Friends and South Park. It is more along the lines of Monsters, Inc. A story for children with sufficient complexity and issues in adult tissues that parents are happy to see that with 8 years of age and 13 years old did not complain who were forced to come. And you get some amazing 3D animation that rivals that of the type seen in computer games for their ability to feel the depth and dimension and to attract more than the standard films are capable of doing.

The graphics and voices are welcome. Danny Glover did a good job of a "slow" turtle drawl. Jay Leno is recognizable in the hare, of course. The story ends ... blah. I found myself really ready to fall asleep after the first 25 minutes. Must have been fun. There is humor in it, but not enough. It is only if it shows what happens during the race, and it was not exciting or interesting. Probably the funniest characters in the DVD film Unstable Fables: Tortoise vs. Hare are the two wives (Vivica A. Fox was the wife of turtle). I'm giving it a 6, 10. Not terrible, but well worth seeing. Maybe the children really enjoy it ..?

Another unnecessary remake of a DVD movie Flight of the Phoenix OK in the 60s starring Jimmy Stewart. When you stop remaking Hollywood films marginal? Just because they have property rights to an individual, not a green light to go ahead and try to redo it. Unfortunately it is not Denny Quaid as Jimmy and the DivX film Flight of the Phoenix focuses on his character there is very little movement or momentum. They crash! and Giovanni Ribisi is an engineer with the idea of building back the plane and fly out after hanging in the shadows for much of the film. There is a woman in the cast this time is totally unnecessary to the plot was very original male cast. No sand, much of it, and a bunch of desert dwellers who seem to threaten the crew. Save your ducats and watch something else. 1 out of 5 stars Phoenix

Denis Quaid watching this film: Flight of the Phoenix was only half the DVD film Flight of the Phoenix for some summer fun. It was not meant to be taken literally, but it is understood that some of Benjamin he did. I thought this DivX Movie Flight of the Phoenix was good, not blow me away, but I want more, even though the end was a bit predictable. I mean we all knew to get out of there alive and everything, but what made the Flight of the Phoenix Action film interesting is that the DVD film Flight of the Phoenix was a bit fun to see what I would do in that situation. Denis Quaid did a good job of portraying his role as "I know everything about the planes and all other is wrong," but on the whole genre of movie: Flight of the Phoenix was fun, but nothing to ooooh and ahh. Overall I give it 5 / 10 stars as it was predictable but I do not want more.

Do not waste your money. This remake is extremely weak, and my son could have done a better job of editing. During the first 10 minutes, I thought it was fantastic. But, once destroyed the plane and came to a stop, like the movie. The other thread IMDb for gaps, so I will not repeat. Rcristia entry contains only a sample of the many hassles and distractions. If I were forced at gunpoint to find something positive about the film, it would be Giovanni Ribisi. Excellent, funny, worth $ 1 video rental just to see it. Moreover, Dennis Quaid, who I liked in frequency, away from home, and The Rookie, sucked. Especially during the flight in the sandstorm, when I think a pilot would be at least a little apprehensive, he delivered his lines as if he were taking a leisurely Sunday drive in the country.

And that someone is me. And not just myself, I see here at IMDb or exit the theater. Why do people love? Is obvious: Everybody knows by now zombies (at least for fans of the horror of the heart and the other through the "Dawn of the Dead" movies or reinvention of Resident Evil etc) Or at least thought they knew all about zombies ... that is, until along came this movie. And you'll see zombies in a new light (maybe). This is not a horror movie, but contains some scenes of violence, but rather a comedy. A satire, to be exact. And never run out of steam! That's why I rated so high. Cautious pace is incredible, great acting and the script has no (obvious) error ... Quite the contrary: It is a gem and if it is only a little interested in zombies must see! And even if they like, see! Because it is a (comedy) movie!

Maverick is a hot pilot. When he encounters a pair of MiGs over the Persian Gulf, his wingman is clearly outflown and freaks. On almost no fuel, Maverick is able to talk him back down to the Carrier. When his wingman turns in his wings, Maverick is moved up in the standings and sent to the Top Gun Naval Flying School. There he fights the attitudes of the other pilots and an old story of his father's death in combat that killed others due to his father's error. Maverick struggles to be the best pilot, stepping on the toes of his other students and in a different way to Charlie, a civilian instructor to whom he is strongly attracted.
